DMCA Notice & Takedown Policy

LinkStack respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), it is our policy to respond promptly to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

If you believe that content hosted or linked through a LinkStack page infringes your copyright, you may submit a takedown request using one of the methods below.


How to Submit a DMCA Takedown Request

You may report infringing content through any of the following methods:

Required Information for a Valid DMCA Notice

To process your request, please ensure your DMCA notice includes all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you believe has been infringed.

  2. Identification of the infringing material or link to the content you wish to have removed.

  3. Your contact information, including:

    • Full name

    • Email address

    • Phone number (optional but recommended)

  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

Incomplete notices may cause delays in processing.


Counter-Notification Process

If content has been removed from your LinkStack page due to a DMCA notice and you believe the removal was in error, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the location where it previously appeared.

  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief that the material was removed as the result of a mistake or misidentification.

  • Your name, address, phone number, and consent to jurisdiction of the courts in your region.

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a court action within 10 business days.


Repeat Infringer Policy

LinkStack may terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers, in accordance with DMCA guidelines.
