Prestige Raintree Park

Phase 1 of the Prestige Raintree Park Master Plan covers 21 acres and includes 18 towers and 1520 apartments in 3, 3.5, 4, 4.5, and 5 BHK layouts, Prestige Raintree Park with sizes ranging from 2005 to 3700 square feet. 27 acres will be covered by Phase 2. The township also has 25 acres of commercial area, which includes a modern tech park and a large mall.
