Firebrand Poets

Firebrand Poets are a diverse group of welcoming artists who perform radical, edgy and accessible poetry/spoken word within an intersectional, intergenerational grassroots community who speak of conscious awareness and social justice. We run monthly open mic events at The Antwerp Arms in Tottenham as well as hosting events at various other venues across London and the UK.

We are a poetic collective who raise awareness of issues around oppression and liberation for all, led by and for marginalised artists. Our community spaces are for building and supporting those in solidarity with justice causes.
